The importance of wetlands

A talk at our parish about the importance of the wetlands behind our church.

Our church building has wetlands on 2 sides. We often complain about all the Canada geese and the snapping turtles how lay their eggs in our pollinator habitat.

But wetlands are very important to our ecosystem. Please join us on Sept 29 at 7 pm , a member of the Merrimack conservation commission will speak to us about the vale of wetlands.
