Let us be “Seeds of Hope” prayer service

Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Laudato Si’ with an Evening Prayer Service at Walker Lake in Kirkwood Park May 28

Gather your friends and join the Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in prayer to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the encyclical by Pope Francis entitled Laudato Si’ and the 800th anniversary of Saint Francis’ Canticle of Creatures. We will meet and pray during the golden hour outdoors at Walker Lake in Kirkwood, MO, on Wednesday, May 28 at 6:30 pm. Laudato Si’ Week is May 24 -31, and we join people from around the world in commemorating this encyclical on climate change and our common home that stands on millennia of Catholic teaching about creation.
