Learning the Language of Creation and All Creation Gives Praise
Please register here for in-person attendance at Learning the Language of Creation and All Creation Gives Praise in the Jordan Hall of Science, October 2, 2025, 6:00-8:30 PM.
See Flyer
We begin at 6:00 PM with a heavy hors d’oeuvres welcoming reception in the Jordan Galleria. At 6:30 PM, we enter the DVT to hear theologian and civil/environmental engineer Sr. Damien Marie Savino, F.S.E., introduce her forthcoming book, Learning the Language of Creation. In it, she invites us to learn the language of creation through a journey of inner conversion that can lead us to ways of using technology in concert with creation rather than against it. We then embark upon another journey, through the entire known universe, in the planetarium program All Creation Gives Praise, during which we witness the vastness of the Creator’s language as it has been written in the cosmos and continues to speak to us today.
Due to limited seating capacity in the DVT, each person planning to attend must register individually.
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT, SEPTEMBER 21, OR WHEN CAPACITY IS REACHED, whichever comes first.
There will be no virtual attendance or recording of this event.
