The webinar will feature a presentation by Dr. Aaron Gross, Director of the USD Center for Food Systems Transformation on the role of food and diet in Pope Frances’ vision of an ecologically sustainable world, followed by a practical workshop led by Jennifer Channin of the Better Food Foundation on how to use behavioral science—defaults and other “nudges” to encourage values-based eating without eliminating choice.
